Municipal & domestic sewage
Swing is our first choice for municipal MBR: dense footprint, coarse-bubble scour and cartridge service. Palisade where a rigid plate and targeted scour matter. BABA compliance is available for most Zyramic modules. Design flux guidance 15–25 LMH for Swing.
Swing MBR →Retrofit of existing MBR tanks
Replacing hollow fiber or tired flat sheet? Swing often fits one-for-one with new permeate plumbing and guide rails. Or keep your flat-sheet cassette and replace the plates.
Replacement membranes →Septic & decentralized MBR
The Zyramic Swing septic cassette drops into septic tanks through a manway: 304 stainless steel frame, 2 flat-sheet MF cartridges, 157 ft² total. Complete cassette or cartridges only, for tank and ATU makers, distributors and installers.
Septic MBR →Industrial wastewater
Industrial MBR is sized to the feed — typically under 15 LMH. Ordinary industrial around 10 LMH, light industrial around 12 LMH (design guidance). Ceramic for oils, solvents and aggressive cleaning.
Ceramic →Landfill leachate & pharmaceutical
Difficult feeds get low design flux — around 5 LMH for leachate and 6 LMH for pharmaceutical as guidance — and stronger recovery CIP. Ceramic adds a backwashable option for the hardest streams.
