Membranes cut, welded and assembled in New York.
Our Poughkeepsie shop runs two membrane welding machines and two cutting machines. We make plates, replacement membranes and modules here, and assemble and pack for US projects.
Cutting
Flat-sheet membrane cut to size for Palisade plates and for other-brand replacement plates.
Welding
Membrane welded to polypropylene plates on both faces, in the sizes your cassette needs.
Assembly & packing
Plates into cassettes, cartridges into frames, modules crated for shipment — with US content documented for your project.
Engineering and support.
- Application engineering is part of the quote: choose the platform, size the module, match the plant interface.
- Technical support after it ships: start-up, TMP, CIP and how the module is running.
- Field services: module and plate work in the tank, arranged through Zyramic.
- Domestic content: origin letters for your project.
