Having trouble with spiral-wound MBR in septic tanks? The Zyramic Swing septic cassette is a flat-sheet alternative: a 304 stainless steel frame holding 2 membrane cartridges that drops into the tank through a manway. The cassette and cartridges lift straight out from above, so they can be checked, cleaned or replaced from the surface.

Why use flat-sheet cartridges instead of spiral-wound MBR in a septic tank?
Swing cartridges lift straight out from above for inspection, cleaning or replacement. Air scour keeps the sheets clean in the tank, so service is simpler and nobody needs to enter the tank.
Are Swing membranes MF or UF?
For septic and decentralized MBR we supply Swing with microfiltration (MF) membranes, which suit onsite biological treatment.
